Fulfillment Policy

1. Refund Policy

MedLead Convert does not offer refunds for services rendered, regardless of satisfaction level. However, if you have paid for services that remain unused, we will issue a refund for the unused portion.

If a client is dissatisfied with the services provided, we are committed to working with the client to correct any issues. In some cases, we may offer to provide additional services at a reduced fee to resolve the matter.

2. Shipping Policy

MedLead Convert provides service-based solutions and does not require shipping or file delivery methods. As such, no shipping policy is applicable.

3. Return Policy

As a service-based company, MedLead Convert does not allow for returns of services rendered. This policy mirrors our refund policy, where refunds are only available for unused services.

4. Service Availability

Med Lead Convert’s services are available exclusively within the United States. We do not provide services outside of the U.S. at this time.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, clients can contact their designated Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with the client to: Identify the issue, Discuss potential solutions, Implement an agreed-upon resolution, and Ensure that the dispute is fully resolved.

6. Subscriptions and Recurring Services

During the 90-day Pilot Program: If the agreement is terminated during the pilot program, no further payments will be made. All work performed by MedLead Convert will cease immediately. The conversion option associated with the pilot program will expire. After the Initial 90 Days: A 30-day cancellation policy applies. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice (email will suffice).

Please send cancellation notices to: [email protected]. One final payment will remain due at the time of termination. MedLead Convert will continue delivering services for the 30-day notice period following termination.
